Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in private practice.
• Experience taking depositions, drafting MSJs, and tracking time.
• Licensed to practice in Indiana with active bar status.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze matters to provide competent legal representation.
• Draft documents for clients and route through office procedures.
• Perform legal research using approved resources.
• Communicate with department head, partners, and clients about case status.
• Lead or supervise junior staff and meet deadlines.
• Record time to meet billing requirements.
• Litigate cases in court, in person or remotely, and negotiate as needed.
