Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Must have a valid/active license to practice in Indiana.
• Strong familiarity with depositions, writing MSJ, and litigation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent legal representation and analyze assigned matters.
• Draft necessary documents and follow office procedures.
• Conduct legal research and represent the firm in interactions.
