Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities using civil engineering expertise.
• Maintain and expand the customer base in the Southern Region (TX and LA).
• Lead negotiations and support contract review, due diligence, and approvals.
• Develop technically feasible projects from inception through execution and optimize value.
