Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Recruit, vet, and onboard new childminders.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to a network of childminders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure health, safety and educational compliance.
• Assist childminders in developing learning activities and environments.
• Facilitate communication between childminders, parents and the org.
• Maintain records of profiles, training, and compliance status.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective parents and help match with childminders.
• Organize meetings or workshops for childminders.
• Stay informed on legislation and best practices in childcare.
