The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Community Access, Bureau of Child Support Services, is seeking a Child Support Recovery Supervisor to lead and develop a team in the Eastern Region (Burlington, Cedar Rapids, Clinton, Davenport or Dubuque).

This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement after training, with duties including coaching staff, managing case workloads, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating with courts and counties to uphold child support

Qualifications

• Six years of education and/or full-time experience related to child support recovery, public assistance, program operations, or supervisory work.
