Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in chemical plant operations, with strong knowledge of process control systems and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical plant operations or production engineering.
• Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in process monitoring and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily chemical production operations, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Monitor process performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
