One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team. The IT Business Analyst will be passionate about solving complex problems, analyzing business needs, and engaging with business stakeholders. The IT Business Analyst should possess basic SQL and database query skills.

The IT Business Analyst will have a strong desire to dive into business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to create effective solutions. The IT Business Analyst will understand creating test cases and test scripts and conduct basic data analysis using Excel or SQL. The IT Business Analyst will thrive on exploring business requirements and working closely with stakeholders to develop innovative and impactful solutions.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $38- $42/ hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze information, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes and needs
Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions, working closely with the development team
Assist in unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure deliverables meet quality and functionality standards

Experience Required:

Experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team

Educational Background:

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is often required
3+ years experience with IT solution implementations

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
