Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a New Accounts Associate to support the Charitable Endowment Fund team. You will process charitable giving transactions, maintain accounts, and ensure accuracy and compliance while delivering superior client service.

The role requires organization, multi-tasking, and collaboration with internal teams to meet service levels and deadlines. Hybrid work arrangement in the Saint Petersburg area is available; base compensation may include bonuses and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process charitable giving transactions, including new account establishment, contributions and incoming assets, charity vetting and due diligence reviews, grant approvals and distributions, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Review transactions and account documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and resolve routine processing exceptions, escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Enter, update, and verify information within company systems to ensure data integrity and accurate recordkeeping.
• Communicate professionally with internal associates, financial advisors, charitable organizations, and donors via email and telephone.
• Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional service while adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
• Support department projects, process improvement initiatives, and other assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while consistently meeting productivity, quality, and timeliness expectations.
• Follow all applicable regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and internal policies.
