Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Minnesota seeks a Channel Presales Technical Architect to grow technical advocacy for storage across the partner community. You will be the trusted technical advisor, helping partner teams position, design and deliver HPE storage solutions, turning partner capability into pipeline and revenue growth.

You will work with partner sellers and engineers on live opportunities, building long‑term capability to lead with HPE.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of technical presales experience with a major storage vendor or storage‑focused channel partner.
Deep hands‑on expertise in pitching, demoing and architecting complex storage solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge of virtualization and at least two application stacks such as SQL Server, Oracle or SAP.

Responsibilities

Build partner technical advocacy and enablement for HPE storage; become the go‑to resource for partner technical and sales teams.
Grow the number of partner engineers who can position, demo and design HPE storage solutions through enablement sessions and hands‑on labs.
Translate partner needs into an architected solution, including alternatives and gaps; deliver presentations and demos linking technical capabilities to business outcomes.
Support PoCs and solution configurations that meet partner and end‑customer requirements; develop competitive strategies with partners.
