CCAC Educational Foundation seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead fundraising and operations for CCAC's nonprofit foundation. You will report to and collaborate with the college leadership, drive strategic philanthropy, and guide a team in alumni and donor engagement.

The role emphasizes governance, grant-making oversight, and ethical fundraising practices, with a focus on expanding private support for CCAC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; CFRE preferred.
• Proven fundraising track record and donor relationship experience.
• Experience with major campaigns and endowment management.
• Knowledge of gift instruments, estate planning, and related tax laws.
• Experience with computerized donor databases and recordkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the CCAC Educational Foundation.
• Lead fundraising from private and philanthropic sources including annual giving, major gifts, and campaigns.
• Develop relationships with volunteers, donors, foundations, and alumni to support CCAC initiatives.
