Job summary

Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute Foundation seeks an Executive Director to serve as the chief development officer, leading all fundraising, grant development, alumni and community engagement activities in alignment with CCC&TI's mission. The role reports to the College President and advances private support to promote student success and institutional innovation.

Qualifications

Three years of progressively responsible fundraising, nonprofit management, donor relations, advancement, or related field.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with major coursework in education, business administration, nonprofit management, communications, public administration, or related field.
Knowledge of 501(c)(3) nonprofit governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership and direction for the Foundation's activities.
Collaborates with the College President to align fundraising with institutional priorities.
Secures major gifts, bequests, and planned gifts; cultivates donor relationships.
Oversees financial management, endowments, and donor recognition programs.
Develops annual Foundation budget and prepares reports for the Board and stakeholders.
Coordinates foundation events, communications, and scholarship programs.
