Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pickup & Delivery driving on local routes with safe operation of class A/B straight trucks or tractor-trailers
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and company policy
• Complete shipping documents and use scanners for tracking
• Dock operations: load/unload Freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks
• Spot, stage, and secure freight on dock or outbound trailers
• Hostling: reposition trailers; inspect yard equipment; coordinate with dispatch
• Maintain clean, safe dock and yard; assist with yard checks and equipment as needed
• Contribute to safety meetings and adapt to changing operational demands
