Employment Enterprises in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Custodial Accounting Analyst for a full-time contract role with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support accurate cash reconciliation and reporting to help ensure clean ledgers and audit-ready financial controls.

The role requires at least 2 years in accounting or banking operations, an associate degree or higher, and ERP/GL experience, along with strong Excel and Word skills for reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, banking operations, or related finance environment
• Experience with ERP/GL systems preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong reconciliation, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers in ERP or GL system
• Pull balance and activity reports for daily cash management
• Initiate and track wires, transfers, and ACH activity
• Prepare documentation for audit requests
• Prepare, review, and analyze reconciliation and cash management reports
• Maintain banking documentation and ensure records comply with guidelines
• Update and maintain documented procedures as processes change
• Provide administrative support such as logs scanning and processing documents
• Perform additional duties to support team operations
