WNA CPAs in Charleston, WV, is seeking an experienced CAS Manager to lead client accounting and advisory services. The role focuses on outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and advising business owners across tax, accounting, and consulting engagements.

The ideal candidate will drive financial visibility, staff development, and scalable processes while collaborating with firm leadership. A flexible start date and hybrid work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Five or more years of accounting experience.
• Experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, controllership, or similar leadership roles preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the firm’s CAS practice, including outsourced accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Lead client advisory and relationship management with business owners and management teams.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff and establish best practices.
• Evaluate and implement accounting technology solutions and process improvements.
• Support growth of the CAS practice through proposals and onboarding of new clients.
