MBE CPAs, a national CPA firm, seeks a seasoned Client Accounting Services Department Manager to build, lead, and scale the CAS practice. This senior role partners with firm leadership to drive growth, innovation, and a true client advisory-focused CAS model.

The position offers opportunities to establish scalable processes, mentor a high-performing team, and shape service offerings across multiple offices. Hybrid or remote arrangements may apply based on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting and Client Accounting Services.
• 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role within CAS or outsourced accounting.
• Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming a CAS or bookkeeping practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy, structure, and growth of the CAS practice.
• Oversee client advisory engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to key clients.
• Build scalable workflows, service standards, and best practices across the CAS department.
• Lead, mentor, and develop CAS managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Partner with firm leadership on pricing, service offerings, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.
