Job summary

Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join our Career Consulting team in a hybrid role that requires in-office presence at least three days a week. You will work with clients across industries to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions that support career success.

As a Career Associate, you’ll collaborate on project teams, gain exposure to business strategy, compensation and rewards practices, and learn Mercer tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Progress toward first-year MBA or master's degree with expected graduation in 2025/2026.
• Strong coursework in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, HR, or accounting.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a project team on strategy, timelines and budgets.
• Prepare client communications and presentations for boards and HR leaders.
• Participate in client engagement meetings and presentations.
• Review clients' business objectives and implications for rewards and policies.
• Conduct research on industry and organization issues across topics.
• Provide guidance and training on Mercer tools and methodologies.
