The position is non-exempt with a wage of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, offering a path to hybrid work. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least two years in staffing or workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Experience with computer systems for data entry and data review.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to assess ongoing service needs and explore employment opportunities.
• Coach customers to present themselves for optimal placement.
• Provide career advisement including plans, referrals, and placement.
• Perform visits to customers' homes or training sites as needed.
• Deliver Extreme Customer Service in all interactions.
