FreedomCare is hiring a Care Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA for a full-time hybrid role. You will work closely with clients, caregivers and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer service experience and ensure patients receive needed care.

You will receive thorough in-house training and opportunities for career development. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a high-volume call center, strong communication skills, empathy, and proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce, Medflyt and Verint.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is required.
• At least 1 year in a high-volume inbound call center or contact center.
• Experience with CRMs or workforce technology such as Salesforce, Medflyt and Verint.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound service center calls for HR-related inquiries and patient care requests.
• Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans on time-sensitive issues.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and accurately enter sensitive information.
• Input and update case files in CRMs and manage dashboards for performance tracking.
