Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with hospital systems and payors across the Cleveland, OH; Erie, PA; and Akron, OH markets. You will develop account plans, drive portfolio adoption, and coordinate with matrix teams to optimize access and outcomes.

We value 3+ years in account management or healthcare sales, cardiovascular knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate with 2+ years of sales or account management experience or 4+ years with a Master’s or 6+ years with a Bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts and develop plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead implementation initiatives to enable sustainable institution/system utilization.
• Coordinate with matrix teams to promote approved CV products in target accounts.
• Build relationships with hospital decision-makers and payors to facilitate access and utilization.
