Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Mixed Cardiac/Tele and Neuro/Stroke Unit at Elmhurst Main Hospital Campus. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with shifts 7:00am–7:30pm and 4–5 weekends in a 6-week period, plus rotating holiday track.

Responsibilities include bedside and virtual nursing, medication reconciliation, discharge planning, and EPIC documentation. Illinois RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS within 6 months are required; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Illinois RN licensure and active CPR certification.
• ACLS within 6 months of start date.
• NIHSS within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides bedside and virtual nursing care to assigned patients.
• Monitors patient care; communicates with bedside RN.
• Performs medication reconciliation and discharge planning.
• Documents patient interactions in EPIC.
