Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients and work with the Global Captive Solutions Team. The role offers hybrid or 100% remote work from any Hylant office location.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting is preferred, with strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills. Prior captive industry internship or CPA firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Billing for management and consulting in a timely, accurate manner.
• Track premiums for clients accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to stay compliant with regulations.
• Demonstrate strong time management with a portfolio of captive clients.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and assist with RFP and client presentations.
