Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a Cost Manager to support capital projects through full lifecycle. The role focuses on establishing baselines, forecasting, accruals, and variance analyses to provide clear financial visibility to project teams and leadership.

Ideal candidates have experience in engineering, construction, EPC, industrial, or manufacturing environments and can work independently within a hybrid Houston setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project cost management and controls.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variances.

Responsibilities

• Integrate estimates, hours, and schedules into the project cost baseline.
• Establish and maintain cost baseline and WBS aligned to execution strategy.
• Coordinate cost inputs to ensure accurate forecasts and reporting.
• Develop cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and monthly accruals.
