Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a CRTEC Program Coordinator to join the Cancer Research Training and Education Coordination team. You will coordinate education programs, manage applications, assist with events, recruit participants, and collaborate with faculty and staff across multiple teams within the Cancer Center.

The role includes onboarding, travel/logistics, program evaluation, and close working with HR and finance to support CRTEC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of application.
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CRTEC education programs and manage education program apps.
• Assist with event logistics, meetings, and participant recruitment.
• Coordinate travel, housing, and onboarding for program participants.
• Develop materials and coordinate with departments for program evaluation and surveys.
• Support HR processes, financial reporting, and procurement related to CRTEC activities.
