Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (open rank) to support cancer prevention and survivorship studies and clinical trials across UCHealth and Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.

The role encompasses data abstraction, participant screening, consent, and coordination of visits and procedures in a hybrid work setting at the Anschutz Medical Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required for CRC I.
• CRC II requires 1 year clinical research or related experience.
• CRC III requires 2 years clinical research experience and/or 1 year clinical experience; advanced degree may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and record data on CRFs and into the trials database accurately and timely.
• Obtain medical history and current medications; review inclusion/exclusion criteria and eligibility.
• Perform informed consent process or ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Interview prospective subjects and educate them on study details.
• Schedule subject participation and coordinate necessary spaces and resources.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure tests/procedures are performed and documented.
• Data entry for assigned studies; respond to monitors and sponsor queries.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with FDA, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Assist with sponsor audits and visits; participate in recruitment activities.
