Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field (substitution permitted).
• 5 years of experience managing large-scale institutional or commercial construction projects.
• Experience in planning and cost estimating for complex programs.
• Strong client-focused relationship building and cross‑functional leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective meeting facilitation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools (Unifier, e‑Builder, Kahua, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Lead CM program submittals to State CM program, coordinating with campus colleagues.
• Develop and prioritize CM project submittals for the 5‑year plan.
• Monitor active CM projects and report progress to leadership.
• Prepare closeout documentation including code compliance and budget reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Design & Construction to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Provide tracking and reporting on schedules and budgets across programs.
