CU Boulder seeks a Capital & Controlled Maintenance Program Manager to advocate for campus facility health, overseeing 10–15 state-funded maintenance and renewal projects, budgets, schedules, and compliance.

The role requires complex data handling, funding justify, and influence with project managers across a shared program; strong writing and presentation skills are essential for proposals and leadership briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering or closely related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience planning and cost estimating; client-focused relationship building; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM and Capital Construction program submittals and coordination.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance for multiple active projects.
• Coordinate with campus partners to close out documentation and ensure code compliance.
• Develop funding proposals and quarterly reports for leadership and CU Board of Regents.
• Facilitate design meetings and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
