Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• 5 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with campus partners and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM and Capital Construction program submittals and documentation.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance with state regulations.
• Prepare and present funding proposals and quarterly reports to leadership and CU Board of Regents.
• Coordinate with campus clients, facilities management, and internal partners to ensure project success.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field

5 years of experience managing large-scale institutional or commercial construction projects
