Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is partnering with a leading retail company to hire a Project Manager Assistant on a 6-12 month contract. The position is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, at $30/hour, and located at client sites in New York.

You will lead cross-functional campaigns across marketing, creative, and media, manage schedules, define deliverables, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining clear status updates.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in project/program management or brand marketing.
• Experience managing campaign execution across platforms with asset integration.
• Understanding of 360-degree campaigns across digital, social, video, in-store, experiential.
• Strong leadership and communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workflows for marketing campaigns and manage multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Define deliverables and timelines and drive execution to milestones.
• Maintain project visibility with weekly status updates and meeting recaps.
• Align stakeholders as central point of contact across marketing, creative, and media.
• Capture decisions and translate inputs into clear action items.
• Troubleshoot cross-functional challenges and remove obstacles.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and efficiency.
