Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Campaign Account Support Specialist Level 3 to manage Direct to Sales Rep and Direct to Physician programs across multiple brands. Hybrid role with mandatory in-office days in New Jersey; travel minimal and coordination across teams is essential.

You will oversee print asset management, demand planning, and KPI tracking while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely product launches. Strong communication, planning, and project management skills are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in project management, print/logistics/fulfillment.
• Experience in fulfillment operations is a plus (Direct Mail, Direct to Rep or Direct to Physician).

Responsibilities

• Oversee print/field asset management on multiple ordering platforms for consumer programs across brands, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead print distribution, quantity planning, timelines, logistics, and launches for print assets.
• Facilitate team meetings, develop operational reports, and track program KPIs.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, IT, and distribution teams on product launches, CRM setup, and inventory management.
• Ensure asset reviews adhere to Compliance and Regulatory standards.
• Manage warehouse systems and special shipments to Sales Representatives and Field Personnel.
• Analyze operations/metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork to support multiple programs.
