Job summary

DTCC, a leading Post-Trade financial services provider in the United States, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge Business and Technology. You will analyze business needs, define requirements, map data, and support SIT/UAT to ensure high-quality technology solutions aligned with strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers across multiple teams, performing data validation and ensuring coverage through acceptance criteria and test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Business Systems Analysis or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including test validation and issue resolution.
• Validate data, processes, and application functionality to meet requirements.
• Create and maintain data mapping documentation and support data integration initiatives.
