Job summary

Avnet LLC in Tempe, AZ, operates with a hybrid model (3 days in office weekly) and seeks a systems analyst who collaborates with business partners to identify stakeholder requirements during new system development and enhancements of existing systems.

You will translate business needs into system requirements, document specifications, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and support data interfaces and API integrations to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong EDI experience and knowledge of API concepts and data integrations.
Exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled business processes.

Responsibilities

Identify additions or changes to system interfaces, functional behavior, and data requirements.
Develop and analyzes system functional requirements.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address business problems or systems issues.
Document business requirements and system specifications.
Translate business needs into system requirements and review with development.
