Innova Solutions is hiring a Business Quality Tester for a Seattle-based role with 50% onsite work. The candidate will author BAT and UAT scripts, conduct impact assessments, and support cross-system testing from the Global Patient Scheduling System perspective.

Qualifications

• Experience in User Acceptance testing, both authoring and executing test scripts.
• Ability to educate end users on business processes and new features.
• Experience collaborating across Quality Assurance and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Author BAT and UAT scripts aligned with business process flows.
• Perform Business Impact Assessments for BAT scripts and scenarios.
• Support testing across multiple integrated systems from the Global Patient Scheduling System perspective.
• Define and support business testing scope for cross-platform testing.
• Submit, track and report bugs found during BAT and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with IT, development and QA to resolve defects.
• Trace UAT scripts to corresponding business processes with QA.
• Educate end-users on business processes and new features.
