Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience supporting operational, governance, or leadership functions within a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• ERM support for DTS-owned risks, including tracking quarterly mitigation activities and dashboards.
• IA coordination and remediation actions with timely leadership awareness.
• Business Capacity Planning activities in partnership with BC/DR teams.
• Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and scorecards for leadership visibility.
• Run-the-Business Enablement: coordinate operating rhythms, governance syncs, and maintain management tools; keep SharePoint current.
• Chief-of-Staff & Leadership Support: track quarterly goals, plan agendas, facilitate meetings, and support change and comms work; assist leadership updates.
• Talent, Engagement, and Community Enablement: coordinate internships/co-op programs; support tech partnerships and learning events; track compliance training.
