Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, data analysis, or related field.
• Experience supporting operational, governance, or leadership functions within a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for DTS-owned risks, tracking mitigation activities and dashboards.
• Coordinate Internal Audit (IA) activities and remediation tracking with timely leadership awareness.
• Lead Business Capacity Planning (BCP) in partnership with BC/DR teams.
• Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and scorecards for leadership visibility.
• Run the DTS operating rhythms and recurring leadership forums.
• Coordinate DTS operations syncs and manage governance tooling.
• Support change, communications, and project work for DTS leadership.
• Assist in talent development and learning programs and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate partnerships and sponsorships within technology communities.
