Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Business Improvement Program Manager for a hybrid (50/50) role at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD. The role reports to the Americas Business Improvement Director and focuses on delivering cross-functional projects across Americas business units and plants.

Responsibilities include managing initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring on-time delivery while aligning with global best practices in process and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of business experience across multiple disciplines and minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading small- to medium-scale cross-functional projects.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Project management of Business Improvement initiatives and coordination of cross-functional personnel to ensure delivery of key projects and planned results.
• Identify and analyze Business Improvement projects for the relevant markets/geography with cross-functional concept development for approval.
• Ensure leadership teams are aware of project performance and address gaps to target.
• Track CCI initiatives and ensure delivery on time according to project tracking.
• Share and align with global team on best practices in tools and processes.
