Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business experience across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading small-medium scale cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional Business Improvement initiatives and coordinate teams to deliver projects.
• Identify and analyze Business Improvement opportunities across markets/geography.
• Ensure leadership is informed of project performance and address gaps to targets.
• Track CCI initiatives and ensure on-time delivery per project plans.
• Share best practices with global teams on tools and processes.
