First Commonwealth is a leading credit union seeking a dynamic sales and relationship management professional. This role combines in-person and virtual engagement to grow member relationships and product usage within your assigned market.

You will build connections across HR, Finance, and business services, manage a sales pipeline, and partner with Market Managers to deliver outstanding service and results. Strong experience in financial services and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales or relationship management role within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, nurture and expand member group relationships in HR, Finance and other key business areas.
• Grow membership, product/service utilization and business services relationships.
• Represent First Commonwealth to assigned member groups and meet goals.
• Schedule visits to member groups per business development plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) with field focus.
• Collaborate with Retail, Lending, Business Services and Marketing teams.
• Meet top-tier member groups' needs via visits, events, webinars, lead capture and outreach.
• Be the voice of the customer for assigned relationships and relay feedback to improve service.
