Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing, business development, or public relations.
• BA or BS degree preferred; MBA or JD a plus.
• Experience in the professional services field preferred.
• Ability to work well with attorneys and collaboratively with the MCD team is critical.
• Excellent organizational skills required; able to manage concurrent, significant projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business of clients and act as an account representative and internal consultant.
• Coordinate marketing and business development projects with practice groups and offices.
• Lead strategic marketing planning, budget adherence, and coaching.
• Manage supervisory duties of the marketing coordinator.
• Develop SWOT analyses and strategic plans for groups and offices.
• Support communications, events, sponsorships, and client presentations.
