Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP in Denver is seeking a Business Development Manager to serve as a primary partner to the MCD team, acting as an account representative and project manager for marketing and business development initiatives.

You will collaborate with attorneys and practice groups, lead strategic planning, coordinate events, proposals, and client communications, and support growth across regional offices while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience, or equivalent.
• BA or BS degree preferred, MBA or JD a plus.
• Marketing, business development, or public relations experience preferred.
• Experience in the professional services field preferred.
• Ability to work well with attorneys and collaboratively with the MCD team.

Responsibilities

• Act as account representative and internal consultant for clients across practice groups.
• Coordinate marketing and business development projects with attorneys and staff.
• Lead advertising, public relations, events, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Assist with budgeting, strategic planning, and coaching of the team.
