Job summary

MGIC Investment Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery programs. The role collaborates with business leaders, technology partners, and risk teams to translate resilience requirements into actionable plans and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience preparing reports, metrics, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program governance activities, including schedules, milestones, and reporting deliverables.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and management summaries for program readiness and testing results.
Track findings, risks, and remediation efforts from exercises and audits.
Support regulatory, audit, customer, and internal review requests by gathering documentation.
