Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and track requirements for changes to business processes and information systems.
• Develop and elicit requirements for departmental and some corporate projects.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain requirements traceability.
• Support business readiness activities including communication plans.
• Develop procedures and specifications for system changes.
• Design customer feedback mechanisms and address weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to measure performance and ensure data integrity.
• Provide data access, distribute reports and present results to stakeholders.
