Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate in a hybrid team.
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and learning.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask thoughtful questions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
