Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, CS, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, SQL.
• Experience with software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support technical implementation with clients, including client-facing and internal process flows, requirements gathering and validation, and documentation.
• Promote client satisfaction by providing insights to ensure clients get the most out of our platforms, investigate and solve problems raised by clients, document client feedback and share with sales and leadership.
• Support the product lifecycle by collaborating with risk specialists and data scientists to plan, develop, and implement new features and platform improvements.
• Support testing and implementation of new features with clients to ensure accuracy and avoid disruption.
• Collaborate across Munich Re functions to understand how our solutions address business needs.
• Network with related groups at Munich Re.
