You will work with the NA Integrated Analytics team to translate client needs into actionable product work and support backlog prioritization with engineers and cross-functional partners. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, data-driven decision making, and exposure to risk analytics in a leading reinsurance environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather a deep understanding of customer challenges through research and interaction with clients and internal partners; translate problems into actionable questions.
• Assist with prioritization and execution of the product backlog to deliver high-impact features.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of product initiatives.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to align on product direction and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate with Munich Re functions to understand how solutions address business needs.
• Network with related groups within Munich Re.
