Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad degree in Business, Economics, CS, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to express complex ideas clearly and facilitate communication.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, SQL.
• Experience with software engineering best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support client-facing and internal process flows, requirements gathering and validation, and documentation.
• Promote client satisfaction by providing insights to ensure clients get the most out of platforms.
• Investigate and solve problems raised by clients, document feedback for sales and leadership.
• Support product lifecycle by collaborating with risk specialists and data scientists to plan and implement features.
• Assist testing and implementation of new features with clients to avoid disruption.
• Collaborate across Munich Re functions to address business needs and network with related groups.
