Job summary

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the OCIO and NNSA initiatives. The role analyzes requirements, drives solutions, and partners with cross‑functional teams to influence technology decisions.

A hybrid schedule allows some in‑person work with remote days, and the position offers career growth within ITS division. Responsibilities include leading requirements analysis, identifying process gaps, and delivering data reports and visualizations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a business operations role with ServiceNow and process optimization.
Experience with workflows processing technical data.
Advanced skills in SQL and data visualization for reporting.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers, stakeholders, and technical staff to analyze requirements and drive solutions.
