Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related functions within trucking, logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience supporting mobile apps, web platforms, or operational software.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation and solution design.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or iterative development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define, prioritize, and deliver mobile, web, and internal app enhancements.
• Translate objectives into detailed product requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with development teams through discovery to release.
• Create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Ensure adoption and measurable business impact.
• Support testing, release validation, and end-user training.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Ops, Tech, CX, and leadership.
