Job summary

CMHA-CEI is seeking a Business Analyst to assist in the design, testing and implementation of behavioral health software systems used for operations, management and reporting.

Under supervision, you will collect internal requests, design data input procedures, develop up-to-date data processes, and collaborate with end users to create new clinical documents while providing end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management or related field.
• Strong skills in the use of spreadsheets required.
• Working familiarity with databases, including underlying concepts required.
• Access to reliable means of transportation for job related use required.
• Must be able to pass a State of Michigan police clearance check.
• Must demonstrate good judgement and leadership skills.
• Must be able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to access Agency locations and various meeting sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing and implementation of behavioral health software systems.
• Collect and prioritize internal customer requests.
• Design report layouts and data input procedures.
• Develop procedures to keep data up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with end users on new clinical documents.
