Qualifications

• Six (6) years of technical experience in training, staff development, or adult education.
• Substitutions: college hours or a degree may substitute for experience, per policy.
• Preferred: experience developing and delivering technical training in blended learning; knowledge of code enforcement basics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts training courses for licensure as Building Code Officials.
• Coordinates and evaluates comprehensive training programs and seminars.
• Maintains records and prepares reports on training activities.
• Updates programs between code cycles and develops test items for credentialing exams.
• Participates in online and in-person training delivery and program enhancement.
