Labella-Associates is seeking an experienced Full-Time Building Code Inspector to join our Building Code Services team in Connecticut. You will perform on-site inspections to ensure code compliance on residential and commercial projects and prepare clear reports for project records.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years of related experience, and a Connecticut Building Official certification. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel up to 50 miles are essential for site

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, building inspection, or code enforcement.
• Current Connecticut State Building Official certification.
• Strong working knowledge of Connecticut State Building Codes and construction practices.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to 50 miles for site inspections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Time Building Code Inspector to join our Building Code Services team.
